My practice is devoted to commercial litigation. This includes trade secret violations, unfair competition, breach of contract and other business disputes, manufacturer-distributor litigation, interference with contractual relations, misappropriation of proprietary information, stockholder disputes, business defamation and business fraud. I have represented small- to medium-sized businesses as well as national companies.
